EMRF – Euro Mediterranean Restaurant Federation:
Was established in Cairo since April 2008; comprising national organizations of restaurants, cafeterias, night clubs, patisseries, discothèques and similar establishments in European and Mediterranean countries. The Federation works on calibrating and unifying systems, training methodologies, operations and food safety procedures, in addition to creating an excellent plat-form for networking amongst its members and beyond, through promoting the exchange of ideas, experiences and latest technologies in the food industry. The federation contributes to the enhancement of investments, and encourages new ventures and joint ventures.
